Focus and Research
Working closely with you, AZCAR applies experienced engineers, technologists and consultants to optimize a solution that targets the scope, budget and schedule –developing first a project plan, then a conceptual design, followed by a critical design, and culminating in a detailed set of construction documents. You will benefit from AZCAR’s experienced business professionals and engineers, who frequently challenge our recognized industry experts and potential vendors to find imaginative solutions applicable to your project.

Review and Refinement
Clients will have a calibrated measure of progress with AZCAR’s prescribed and proven processes and procedures. Our processes provide you, our client, with several formal milestone-approval points to ensure we have heard you correctly. In each design phase clients have an opportunity to revise and agree, as appropriate, and AZCAR will execute refinements within the parameters of the project scope, budget and schedule.

Execution
Once the client has approved the critical design, AZCAR will execute the project implementation plan, with the procurement of equipment, the pre-fabrication of systems in our assembly plants and completion of final installation on site, including testing and commissioning

Completion – Client Training and As-Built Documentation
We take your finished product as seriously as you do. Once AZCAR thoroughly tests all the systems, we coordinate and manage the training of your staff. AZCAR works with vendors and your operators and technicians to ensure they feel familiar and comfortable with the new systems. We then deliver a complete and accurate set of ‘as-built’ project documentation.

Management
Simply put, no job is complete until the agreed program of requirements is met. By utilizing our service-oriented project management professionals we make certain that the controlling elements of SCOPE, BUDGET and SCHEDULE are adhered to, communicating through routine progress reports both internally and externally to all stakeholders.
