Stephen Pumple, MEng., MBA
	Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
	Founder of AZCAR Technologies Incorporated, Stephen has over three decades of hands-on broadcast design and implementation experience acquired in many parts of the world and continues to guide and direct the company's overall operations. Stephen is a Fellow of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE), a member of the Association of Federal Communications Consulting Engineers (AFCEE), the recipient of an Engineering Achievement Award from Ryerson University and is an author in trade publications and speaker at industry conferences.

Gavin Schutz
	President AZCAR Technologies, Executive Vice President AZCAR Media Strategies
	Gavin brings extensive experience providing vision, leadership, and strategic direction with respect to technology throughout the Media and Entertainment market segments, and has managed emerging technologies from both operating and engineering perspectives, furthering the strategic and tactical business goals of rapidly growing media companies. Most recently, Gavin was the Executive Vice President, CTO and CIO of Ascent Media Group (AMG). Gavin is a Past President, Fellow and the current Engineering Vice President of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE), and a Past President of the Society of Television Engineers (STE). He is an Honorary Fellow, British Moving Imaging Society (BKSTS), and is active in various professional organizations (IEEE, AES). He serves on the Technology Advisory Board of the Integrated Systems Media Center at the University of Southern California. He has three patents and has published numerous articles and papers.

David George
	Director AZCAR Technologies Incorporated, Chairman AZCAR USA
	Involved exclusively with AZCAR Technologies Incorporated, since 1995, David acts as a consultant and strategic planner within the company as well as being a Member of the Board of Directors of AZCAR Technologies and Chairman of its subsidiary AZCAR USA. David has a Masters degree in business and is a Fellow and former President of the SMPTE. Previously, and for over twenty years, he headed up Imagineering Limited, a widely respected Canadian Engineering Consulting and Project Management company responsible for the design and construction of several innovative media projects both at home and abroad.

Bruce Long
	Senior Vice President, Project Integration
	Bruce is a senior manager and long-term contributor to the success of AZCAR Technologies Incorporated. With three decades of experience in the staging, planning, management and implementation of broadcast and media facilities throughout the world, Bruce directs and manages company's comprehensive implementation resources. His skills and experience, together with his organization and project management talents, contribute to the practical and timely realization of client projects.

William (Bill) Frazier
	Vice President, Sales and Marketing
	Armed with over twenty five years experience in the sale and distribution of broadcast television equipment, Bill is charged with managing the overall sales and marketing strategies of AZCAR USA Inc.  In his previous position with AZCAR, Bill’s responsibilities included vendor relations and the sourcing and selling of hard and software components of AZCAR projects, as well as the operation of AZCAR Digital Products (ADP). ADP is a division of AZCAR USA and is an authorized broadcast equipment reseller, directly servicing the equipment needs of media clients nationwide from its Pennsylvania location.

Kenneth C. Fuller
	Director of Engineering, North America
	With more than 25 years in the industry, Ken has a superb record of accomplishments and extremely valuable experience. He is responsible for all of AZCAR’s engineering operations.  Formerly, Ken was Vice President of Technology at Ascent Media Group. Prior to Ascent, Ken was Vice President of Broadcast Operations at Fox Networks, managing the daily operations of the Fox Network and six Fox Cable channel. Ken was also previously the Director of Transmission and Broadcast Operations for NBC Olympics in New York, responsible for NBC's Olympics network transmission interconnection network and facility management. Ken, a Certified Broadcast Engineer, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Nyack College, NY. Ken is the current President for SMPTE.

Michael (Spike) Jones
	Solutions Development Director
	Michael (Spike) Jones has over 30 years experience working in the broadcast industry and is responsible for facilitating the delivery of innovative digital media solutions to AZCAR’s current and future broadcast and media industry clients. In addition to his extensive background in broadcast and customer support he has valuable experience in the implementation of broadband systems technologies for the centralized delivery of television programming. His experience helps to enhance AZCAR's role as the leading broadcast systems integration company as AZCAR continues to develop and deliver advanced digital and IT television technologies.

Keith I. Graham
	Solutions Development Director
	Keith draws on over 20 years experience in systems design. He is responsible for facilitating the delivery of innovative digital media solutions to AZCAR’s current and future broadcast and media industry clients. Formerly Senior Solutions Architect with the Applications Group for Ascent Media Systems & Technology Services, his clients included many major broadcasters, telco operators, sporting venues and corporate organizations. Prior to joining Ascent Media, Keith was a key member of the proposals and marketing group for Sony Systems Integration in San Jose, California. Keith has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Engineering from the University of Plymouth in England and is a member of SMPTE and RTS (Royal Television Society).
