| Gavin brings extensive experience providing vision, leadership, and strategic direction with respect to technology throughout the Media and Entertainment market segments, and has managed emerging technologies from both operating and engineering perspectives, furthering the strategic and tactical business goals of rapidly growing media companies.
Most recently, Gavin was the Executive Vice President, CTO and CIO of Ascent Media Group (AMG). Gavin is a Past President, Fellow and the current Engineering Vice President of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE), and a Past President of the Society of Television Engineers (STE). He is an Honorary Fellow, British Moving Imaging Society (BKSTS), and is active in various professional organizations (IEEE, AES). He serves on the Technology Advisory Board of the Integrated Systems Media Center at the University of Southern California. He has three patents and has published numerous articles and papers.

| Involved exclusively with AZCAR Technologies Incorporated, since 1995, David acts as a consultant and strategic planner within the company as well as being a Member of the Board of Directors of AZCAR Technologies and Chairman of its subsidiary AZCAR USA. David has a Masters degree in business and is a Fellow and former President of the SMPTE. Previously, and for over twenty years, he headed up Imagineering Limited, a widely respected Canadian Engineering Consulting and Project Management company responsible for the design and construction of several innovative media projects both at home and abroad.

| Roger brings over twenty-five years of North American and International business experience to AZCAR. Throughout that period he was involved in management, consulting, finance, tax and strategic planning and exposed to a number of industry sectors including warehousing and distribution, automotive parts manufacturing and tax consulting both in Canada and the USA.
Roger has served as V/P Finance, Director Finance and Administration and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis with such companies as Tridon, Ace Hardware and Tippet-Richardson Limited and as a Consultant with Deliotte & Touche. Throughout his career he has been responsible for financial operations, the reporting of International subsidiaries in Europe, participated in M&A negotiations worldwide, Joint Ventures negotiations in South America and Japan and managed divestitures, and complex banking relationships for both employers and clients.

| Tom has been enthralled and engaged in the ever changing media industry for over 30 years. Initially as a production engineer, then as Director of Engineering of TV Stations, he has held positions of increasing national responsibility with premier equipment manufacturers. Tom has focused on key areas of technology change and media business expansion. Always able to understand and relate to the customer view, he joined AZCAR to build on their existing reputation for placing customer needs at the focal point of our efforts.

| Armed with over twenty years experience in the sale and distribution of broadcast television equipment, Bill's responsibilities include vendor relations and the sourcing and selling of hard and software components of AZCAR projects, as well as the operation of AZCAR Digital Products (ADP). ADP is a division of AZCAR USA and is an authorized broadcast equipment reseller, directly servicing the equipment needs of media clients nationwide from its Pennsylvania location.

A life certified Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE) Professional Broadcast Engineer, Fellow of SMPTE and Technology Committee contributor; Karl is responsible for the technology and standards employed by all the AZCAR engineers under his management. In this Karl can rely on his over twenty-five years practical operation and management experience in standard and High Definition (HDTV) television broadcasting, production, post-production, graphics, animation and special effects coupled with his unquenchable thirst for technical knowledge. He also participates in design and consulting for a wide range of AZCAR projects. In his spare time, Karl writes regular technical papers for trade publications and prepares material to add to his two previous books on television technology.
