is responsible for supervision of the overall affairs
of the Company. The Board consists of seven directors,
five of which are outside directors.
AZCAR’s
Board of Directors has long adhered to governance
principles designed to assure the continued vitality
of the Company and excellence in the execution of
its duties. The Board has in place a set of governance
guidelines reflecting these principles.

– Former Exec V/P Cancom Satellite, Pres North
Star Home Theatre Inc.,Satellite
pioneer and experienced broadcaster, familiar with
FCC and CRTC issues
