Whistle Blower Policy
The
Toronto Stock Exchange requires comprehensive reporting and
has established Corporate Governance rules and regulations.
These rules require that AZCAR establish and publish a formal
"Whistle Blower" Policy.
The Audit Committee of AZCAR has adopted a policy
for the receipt, retention, and treatment of complaints regarding
accounting and auditing matters that the Company may receive
from outsiders or employees.
Questions or concerns regarding this policy
should be directed to the Chair of the Audit Committee or
the CEO.
Section 806 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act provides
employees "whistle blower" protection against retaliation
by the company, including demotion, suspension, threats, harassment,
or any other discriminatory practices.
