MHz is uniquely positioned in the market to undertake many projects entirely in-house. This is possible courtesy of its efficiently integrated on-site CAD design, mechanical and electrical engineering, coach-building and bespoke woodworking facilities. These facilities permit a more flexible relationship with our clients throughout the design and construction phases of a project — changes to a project can be accommodated easily and quickly when the required craftsmen are working together in the same building, under the direct control of the project manager.
CAD Design
In addition to traditional technical drawings, we offer 3D CAD modelling of prospective designs, allowing clients to examine their designs from multiple angles, and ‘walk through’ or ‘fly over’ their installations.
Coach-building & Metalworking
The MHz headquarters incorporates a 2000-square-metre prefabrication area, with integrated coach-building facilities, an integral paintshop and a wiring/cabling workshop staffed by in-house wiremen. From compact DSNG vehicles to triple-sided expander trailers, the MHz team can customise any vehicle in accordance with client requirements.
Woodworking & Cabinet-making
Also on-site at the MHz HQ is a fully equipped 100m2 woodworking studio, for the construction of custom studio furniture, cabinets, desks, control consoles and custom equipment racks. MHz’s experienced craftsmen can produce bespoke designs in any wood or wood-finish, in traditional or modern styles as required.
