In 1996, Randy joined ABC New York as Manager, Technology Planning, where he led a number of advanced television projects, including the specification and selection of the first codec system that was used to distribute HDTV programming to ABC affiliates, and several projects that generated pioneering 720P HDTV film-to-video transfers, through the early use of film-to-file transfer methods.

| AZCAR Announces Results for the Second Quarter of 2008 |
|
MARKHAM, ON – August 7, 2008 – Stephen F. Pumple, Chairman & CEO of AZCAR, announced second quarter revenues of C$19.2 million, compared to C$15.7 million in Q2 2007. The revenue increase occurred in both North America and the UK, but primarily in the UK resulting from work on several outside broadcast vehicles. The Company achieved an improved gross margin of 17.4% versus 13.0% due to more effective project execution. The higher revenue, improved gross margin and a foreign exchange gain all positively impacted the Company’s income compared to the second quarter of 2007.

Higher operating expenses in the period were the result of under utilization of our professional staff reflecting project delays. We had resources matched to three major projects which were scheduled to start early in the second quarter but were delayed by the customers until late in the second quarter with the project time frame being extended. Higher interest rates and higher bank borrowings resulted in the higher interest expense. However, the Company generated a small profit in the second quarter compared to a loss of $908,000 in the same period last year.
For the year to date, revenues have increased by 10% primarily due to the higher volume in the UK, partially offset by the customer delayed start of three projects in North America. Net income for the six months is $314,000, compared to a loss of $731,000 in 2007, as the positive impact of increased revenues, improved project execution and favourable foreign exchange rates were partially offset by higher interest expense and the under utilization of our technical staff.
Management continues to focus on operating efficiencies, improvements in workflow, process and internal controls, all of which will contribute to improved margins and financial performance of the Company during the remainder of 2008 and beyond. In this year the Company will commence implementation of a new enterprise software solution that will improve operating efficiencies, strengthen compliance reporting and provide a seamless integrated business information systems environment.

| AZCAR Announces Financial Results for 2007 |
|
MARKHAM, ON – April 4, 2008 – Stephen F. Pumple, CEO of AZCAR Technologies Incorporated today announced fourth quarter revenue of C$19,135,550 and record annual revenue of C$70,025,971 in 2007. Revenue growth was primarily due to strong demand for AZCAR’s Systems Integration services. The loss after tax reflected additional project costs, costs related to reorganization, restructuring and closing of the Atlanta office. This compared to a loss of C$3,553,168 in 2006 which resulted from a valuation write-down of the goodwill of C$2,924,977 and of the future income tax recovery of C$418,000. The 18% appreciation in the value of the Canadian dollar in 2007 adversely impacted gross margins and resulted in translation losses in the US subsidiaries.

The gross margin was lower than the prior year due to contract cost overruns on several legacy projects, now completed, and the negative impact of the strong Canadian dollar on the services portion of US contracts. Equipment sales were also lower in the quarter.
AZCAR grew its business development team through 2007. This is reflected in the record annual revenue which was achieved in the US market. Project delays and the increase in the amount of business stressed the Company’s internal resources necessitating the use of more expensive subcontractors which negatively impacted project margins. The Company maintained a high level of repeat business from its existing customers while adding several new and important clients. AZCAR is working on projects with both groups in 2008.
Two major contracts for multiple outside broadcast vehicles were signed by Megahertz Broadcast Systems, our UK based subsidiary, in 2007 and were to have commenced in the fourth quarter. The start dates for both of these contracts were delayed by the customers into 2008 resulting in an under-utilization of resources in the latter part of 2007.

| MEGAHERTZ’S HD-READY QUINTET |
Amsterdam, September
2007: Leading independent UK systems integrator
Megahertz are proudly displaying their most recently
completed DSNG vehicle on their stand at the 2007
IBC show, providing a perfect example of the type
of up to the minute HD-ready DSNG vehicle they
can build when required. The van, which was built
for the Arab Radio Television Corporation (ART),
is just one of a total of five identical vehicles
constructed for the corporation since last Autumn,
when the Middle East broadcaster placed an urgent
order with Megahertz for two vehicles. According
to Hassan Merei, ART:s Director of Engineering,
ART were impressed with the quality and suggested
cost of Megahertz:s SD- and HD-capable design,
and the fact that the vehicles were ready to meet
a very tight deadline. When they were delivered
on time, ART increased the order to five, the
last of which will be delivered before the end
of the Autumn.
ART landed a contract to broadcast all Saudi
Arabian football championship matches by satellite
in the late Summer of 2006, and needed new vans
fast — according to Hassan Merei, the station
can now frequently be transmitting as many as
six matches simultaneously.
The corporation are intending to migrate to high-definition
production and transmission in the near future,
and consequently all five vans were designed from
the beginning with the infrastructure for both
SD and HD operation, including an HD/SD-capable
8x8 Leitch Router, 24x2 HD BES jackfield, and
Marshall HD LCD Monitors. The long-wheelbase vehicles
are each fitted with roof-mounted 1.5m NewSwift
antennae and Xicom XTRD-400k high-power amplifiers.
Cambridgeshire-based Megahertz Broadcast Systems
is one of the world’s premier independent
broadcasting systems integrators. Their experience
covers every aspect of systems activity, including
the management of complete turnkey projects and
the design and construction of sophisticated Outside
Broadcast Vehicles. Megahertz is a division of
Canadian technology integration company AZCAR.
